What does a draftsman do?

As a draftsman, you will use CAD programs to create drawings and construction documents for houses, bridges, roads and other structures on the computer. You will also create floor plans, construction and execution drawings as well as detailed drawings. To do this, draughtsmen require extensive knowledge of building materials, building physics, statics and, of course, how to draw.
