Your training as an industrial clerk

What does an industrial clerk do?
During your training as an industrial clerk, you will be taught all commercial and business management skills in theory and practice. You will learn about tasks and processes in purchasing, finance and accounting, personnel administration and commercial project management. The planning, implementation and control of various commercial tasks will be part of your basic skills at the end of the apprenticeship.
It never gets boring! Industrial clerks are diverse:
- Industrial salespeople sell the company's products and services
- Operate marketing from the analysis of market potential to customer service, advise and support customers
- Determine the demand for products and services, purchase materials, means of production and services and plan these for service production or distribution
- Provide support in order processing and deal with business management issues in all functions of the company
- Evaluate key figures and statistics to monitor success and control operational processes
- Plan and organize work processes
- Work in a team, process and project-oriented manner using the latest information, communication and media technologies
- Are confident in communication, cooperation and moderation
