Building community, Würzburg

The residential complex with 16 apartments consists of two detached, four-storey residential buildings of building class 4. The residential buildings were constructed from LENO® cross laminated timber. The basement with underground car park and the staircase cores through all floors were built in reinforced concrete.
As manufacturer and supplier of the LENO® cross laminated timber elements, we supplied the company Renggli International AG, Winterthur (CH) with approx. 650 m3 of LENO® cross laminated timber elements, including approx. 2,000 m2 of walls with gypsum fiber cladding (partly according to K260 encapsulation criterion).
