Elephant Park, Zurich

The entire roof was built on a falsework and assembled with nails and screws to form a box girder construction. The column-free span is around 84 meters. The entire roof has skylights of different sizes ranging from 1 - 43 m², which are closed with air cushions. A laminated veneer lumber panel (KERTO®) was used as the top layer. In addition to the roof, the façade was also constructed using timber.
