Bodenehrstraße extension, Munich

The addition of an extra storey creates tasteful penthouse apartments with spacious roof terraces in Munich's popular Bodenehrstrasse. With great attention to detail, ZÜBLIN Timber is realizing the turnkey extension and creating 800 m² of new living space. The construction is using LENO® cross laminated timber elements. There is also space for 15 prefabricated ZÜBLIN Timber bathroom modules.
