Extension Friedenstraße, Berlin

Located on the edge of the Volkspark Friederichshain, the school building from the imperial era was extensively renovated and converted into a residential building. In detail, 20 loft apartments between 125 and 140 square meters and three commercial units were created. Above the 3rd floor, a new final storey ceiling and a staggered storey in timber construction with four spacious penthouse apartments were built.
