Energy-efficient refurbishment, roof extension and construction of balcony extensions on a residential complex of eight buildings, as well as detailed weather protection planning. In the process, 24 additional apartments were added to 72 existing apartments by adding a new storey to the roof. A high degree of prefabrication was achieved thanks to the gypsum fiber cladding applied at the factory. LENO® cross laminated timber was used to strengthen the existing ceilings, which were not load-bearing.
We supplied SCHULZ Holzbau GmbH & Co. KG from Weingarten with the construction elements.
