New office building T3 in Aichach

Our new headquarters is a commitment to the Aichach location and a highly visible statement for timber construction and its potential.

The striking cubic, five-story administrative building, designed by the architectural firm MHM, was constructed on Industriestraße in close proximity to the factory halls. With a high proportion of wooden building materials and a renewable energy supply, the new building achieves Efficiency House Level 40 as well as the requirements of the EU taxonomy. A DGNB certification is being pursued for the construction site.

Together with the Augsburg division of ZÜBLIN's Ulm Directorate, we completed the wood-hybrid building as a general contractor in a turnkey manner. In doing so, a significant advantage of the chosen construction method became apparent: the short construction time. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication of the wooden elements for ceilings, walls, and facade, the new building was completed after just 15 months of construction in October 2024.
