Pilatus assembly hall, Stans/Switzerland

The 27 million building, which was completed in 2009, is 7,200 m² in size. 10 m high truss constructions span this first Pilatus timber hall without columns. It required 4,000 m³ of round timber. ZÜBLIN Timber supplied 900 m² of glulam and 150 tons of steel parts. Pilatus and Bürli AG attached great importance to the environmental compatibility of the building, which the timber construction alone proves.
