Police school, Meiningen

300 modern accommodation places were created for the Thuringian Police School in Meiningen, which were implemented as a turnkey project in cooperation with the ZÜBLIN East Directorate.

The newly constructed building is characterized by an open and inviting campus area. The individual living rooms offer 17.5 m² of space and are each equipped with their own bathroom. There are also spacious communal areas such as club rooms and tea kitchens.

Particular attention was paid to the use of the MOLENO® timber hybrid construction system. By combining wood and concrete in the supporting structure, the building project was able to set new standards in terms of sustainability and efficiency.
