Student residence, Golm-Potsdam

As part of a team concept, the design was optimized together with the client within a month and resubmitted for approval. Züblin prepared the new building application and all further planning. The turnkey construction of 6 new student residences in timber-concrete construction with 260 student apartments, common rooms and fitness rooms including boiler house and local heating network was completed in just 8 months. The building is KfW 40 certified.
