VINZENT, Munich

VINZENT is the first wood-hybrid ensemble for living and working in downtown Munich.

The ZÜBLIN Directorate Bavaria and ZÜBLIN Timber jointly constructed the extended shell. The complex is spread across two residential buildings – a front and a rear house – as well as an office building that is connected to the front house. The colored wooden facade with an integrated planting system defines the appearance of the wood-hybrid building. For VINZENT, a LEED Gold certification is being pursued.

The wooden elements were prefabricated in our factory in Aichach, allowing for a swift installation on the construction site.
