VINZENT, Munich

VINZENT is the first timber hybrid ensemble for living and working in inner-city Munich.

The ZÜBLIN Bavaria Directorate and ZÜBLIN Timber jointly erected the extended shell. The complex is divided into two residential buildings - a front and a rear building - as well as an office building connected to the front building. The colorful timber façade with its innovative planting system makes the timber-hybrid building a visual highlight. VINZENT is aiming for LEED Gold certification.
Thanks to the use of wood as a renewable raw material - 25% of the materials used are wood or wood-based materials - the building saves around 800 tons of CO2. This is roughly equivalent to the amount of CO2 produced by 100 people on average each year.

The wooden elements were prefabricated in our factory in Aichach, so that they could be installed quickly on site.
