VINZENT, Munich

VINZENT is the first timber hybrid ensemble for living and working in inner-city Munich.

The ZÜBLIN Bavaria Directorate and ZÜBLIN Timber jointly erected the extended shell. The complex is divided into two residential buildings - a front and a rear building - as well as an office building connected to the front building. The colorful timber façade with its innovative planting system makes the timber-hybrid building a visual highlight. VINZENT is aiming for LEED Gold certification.
Thanks to the use of wood as a renewable raw material - 25% of the materials used are wood or wood-based materials - the building saves around 800 tons of CO₂. This is roughly equivalent to the amount of CO₂ produced by 100 people on average each year.

The wooden elements were prefabricated in our factory in Aichach, so that they could be installed quickly on site.
