Seven in one go.

New talents started their professional future at ZÜBLIN Timber on September 2. These include an industrial clerk, two dual students and four young carpenters, who are now bringing a breath of fresh air to the teams.

The company presentation right at the beginning eased the nervousness of some of the newcomers, as the change from school to everyday working life is a big step.

A short exchange with the works council and getting to know our management further lightened the mood. The young people know what is on the training program at ZÜBLIN Timber. But theory is now being turned into practice and explained step by step by our recruiting team. From now on, it's not just a matter of listening, but of getting involved in the respective department.

As Albert Einstein once said: "If people only talked about what they understood, the world would be very quiet." We are now rediscovering the world with you and seizing the future by the scruff of the neck!
After lunch together, the trainees set off on an exciting scavenger hunt through our halls and across the company premises. They were given an introduction to occupational safety and generally made aware of the dangers in everyday working life. The workplaces were also explored and the future working environment and colleagues were visited.
