New office building T3 in Aichach

Our new headquarters is a commitment to the Aichach site and a highly visible statement for timber construction and its potential.

The strikingly cubic, five-storey administration building, designed by architects MHM, was built on Industriestrasse in the immediate vicinity of the production halls. With the predominant use of the climate-friendly building material wood and renewable energy supply, the new building has achieved efficiency house level 40 and the requirements of the EU taxonomy; sustainability certification by the DGNB is being sought for the construction site.

Together with the Augsburg division of the ZÜBLIN Ulm directorate, we realized the timber-hybrid building as a general contractor on a turnkey basis. In addition to sustainability, the second key advantage of timber construction came into play during the construction of the T³: the short construction time. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication of the timber elements for the ceilings, walls and façade, the new building was completed after just 15 months in October 2024.
