More cost-effective, simpler, more resource-efficient - pilot project for building type e

Together with the ZÜBLIN division in Augsburg, we are setting an important example for innovative housing construction: the IGEWO housing estate in Augsburg is being extended by six three-storey residential buildings with a total of 54 residential units. Some of the apartments will be publicly subsidized and will create modern, socially balanced living space. Designed by hey! Architektur München and built on behalf of IGEWO GmbH & Co. Wohnungsunternehmen KG, the project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026. New approaches to building and planning: The project is one of the pilot projects supported by the Bavarian state government for building type e. A program that opens up new ways to make building simpler, more efficient and more resource-friendly. Our tried-and-tested MOLENO® hybrid timber construction system is used for the implementation. Around 2,500 m² of LENO®-ADD external walls are produced in series at the Aichach plant - including window installation and maximum precision.
